Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to me with your inquiry-and for the compassion you've shown towards the animals we support. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you. If you reach out to [email protected], we can look and see if theres an update for them! We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. I do apologize for the inconvenience here; we do make our best effort to keep campaigns fully updated. Thanks for your support and understanding

Hello, Thank you so much for your feed back, we value it very highly. CUDDLY applies a transaction fee of $2.99 to help cover business costs and fees that are charged by our payment processor. We also endeavor to ensure their campaigns are successful by providing tools and marketing efforts at zero cost to them. Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. CUDDLY is a fundraising and wishlist platform solely dedicated to supporting verified non-profit animal rescues, shelters, and municipal organizations. We work with over 4,000+ animal welfare organizations around the world and 90% of the monetary donations made are sent directly to the rescue pet in need of care. The remaining 10% goes towards additional marketing, tools, and resources to better support our partners and help them reach their fundraising goals. Donations on CUDDLY's platform are tax-deductible and we've helped 46k+ rescued animals in need. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal's road to recovery and are greatly appreciated.
