I am not trusting this fund raiser. They are collecting money for a rescue that can be contacted on on Instagram.Bailing Out Bentley has not returned my message.I also gave them a 1 star review on their FB page with no reply.I have given three donations and never even got a thank you.Cuddly just wanted more donations from me.I find it strange as I went to give a third donation the #1 thing Cuddly is asking for was a blanket.There is one in his picture and I also donated one.So, where are all the blankets really going?I asked Cuddly where the puppy is and they are not completely forthcoming. Very vague and will not give any contact info. Bailing Out Bentley as I found out does not have a website and no information about them. I really had to dig on the internet to find the CEO which seems to be all about her. I will never support Cuddly again and strongly suggest to never support Bailing Out Bentley. So much more to say but they both got three donations out of me which was my hard earned money!

This organization has grossly…
This organization has grossly misrepresented our animal rescue group to the public.
We joined Cuddly and created several campaigns to help us with our fundraising. However, when we went to post updates, we discovered that our fundraising consultant not only 'optimized' our post, she made flagrant inaccurate changes- changes that were never shown to us or approved by us.
I'm aghast with the liberties that were taken for the sake of unscrupulous fundraising, supposedly on our behalf!
Not only did it not help us raise money, but misrepresentations like this could cost us dearly. The inconsistences between what Cuddly took it upon themselves to convey to the public about our financials and needs versus what they really are and what we openly and truthfully share- could damage our reputation and make us look untrustworthy.
We could not delete our account and remove ourselves from the platform quickly enough.

An extra $20 hidden charge was added to my donation. In my opinion this is not a reasonable processing fee. I will not be donating again. Sorry.

Unbelievable all the harassing emails amd contacts from you about other things!!! Way out of line. Will never use cuddly again and will encourage others to also refrain from using it. I also will be filing a complaint with the rescue about your constant harassment, unwanted contact

UPCHARGing items for donation that are a third of a cost in store.
Why are the items triple the regular price ???? 100 dollars for 12 cans of dog food which makes each can of dog food almost 8 dollars when they are 3 each at the Walmart. Then you say I only donated towards food not health care. Seems like a scam and I won't use this. Better off going to the actual shelter. I think your website robs them because if people would look at it imagine the items they could actually buy at the store rather then your 100% upcost on dog food. You should be ASHAMED you are robbing these dogs of care for your POCKET

Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. We also provide an email marketing tool that helps to easily send emails at the most optimal times in order to reach their campaign goals. These are all tools that would otherwise be unavailable or inaccessible for many of our partners. These features and our campaign success rates are why nonprofit shelters choose to partner with us time and time again.
Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal’s road to recovery and are greatly appreciated. It is important to note that we strive to keep our platform free for animal welfare groups, as such, a reason for why our products may seem higher priced is because we include the cost of shipping and handling fees. In addition, all wishlist items & donations are tax deductible for donors which is explained in further detail on our FAQ page.

Added charges
I do not like that they have added charges at the end. I am a big animal lover and would like to give my money to organizations that truly use the dollars for the animals. I will not be contributing to cuddly again.
