For some reason, my custom amount continually reverted back to $60. While I would love to be able to send $60 unfortunately it is not in my budget. I think you should source things that are less expensive (like on Amazon) for dog supplies because I think a lot more people would be able to contribute and a lot more dogs would be supported… just my two cents. Otherwise you’re doing a good job!

Hello, thank you for your review, and we are sorry about the technical issues you experienced on our site. We hear you and we take your feedback seriously. CUDDLY is a for-good, for-profit organization with a mission to be the champion of animals in need. We do this by directly providing tools and resources to support animal welfare organizations worldwide. The CUDDLY platform empowers these organizations to create fundraisers and wishlists in order to raise funds and receive donated supplies for animals who desperately need help. In turn, donors from all over the world can make a difference by donating to a specific animal or organization. In regard to the wishlist items in our catalog, our objective is to support animal welfare organizations by helping to provide what they need to help the animals under their care. CUDDLY works hard to maintain competitive pricing and we do everything we can to keep costs low such as working with pet brands and bringing supplies directly into our warehouse. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal's road to recovery and are greatly appreciated. It is important to note that we strive to keep our platform free for animal welfare groups, as such, a reason for why our products may seem higher priced is because we include the cost of shipping and handling fees. In addition, all wishlist items & donations are tax deductible for donors which is explained in further detail on our FAQ page. Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. We also provide an email marketing tool that helps to easily send emails at the most optimal times in order to reach their campaign goals. These are all tools that would otherwise be unavailable or inaccessible for many of our partners. We hope this response helps provide you with transparency on CUDDLY. We thank you so much for any and all critiques, as we are always working to improve our business.

Cuddly is a great charity. You know your donation helps. There is no donation too small. It takes a lot of people to help.
