I like the updates that are given about the animals. I would like to see the follow thru from beginning to adoption.

While not all rescues may provide updates from the initial rescue to adoption, many do share progress and outcomes and we try our best to provide all of this information!

So happy with what they are doing
I have been using Cuddly for a really long time, I donate whenever I can. They make it easy to pick an animal you wish to donate to, whether it be monetary or in the form of gifts (food, medical supplies, treats, toys, etc.) I love what they do, helping shelters and animals in desperate need. I wish I could donate more but everyone pitching in together makes a world of difference for the abused, neglected, and abandoned animals.

Did you help the most desperate animals…
I appreciate that they help the most desperate animals and shelters and save many lives. Sometimes the items on the wishlist are extremely expensive and I think they could perhaps offer some more moderately priced for those who would like to give often. I also appreciate them taking the time to explain their pricing of items and I totally understand the need to do so. It’s frustrating when you want to contribute a few things and you can’t, but I will always support the wonderful work cuddly does in the most horrific. Thank you and be safe.

It's great to hear that you appreciate CUDDLY's efforts in helping desperate animals and shelters. Your feedback about the cost of items on wishlists is valuable, and it's something that can be considered by the organization.
In regard to the wishlist items in our catalog, our objective is to support animal welfare organizations by helping to provide what they need to help the animals under their care. CUDDLY works hard to maintain competitive pricing and we do everything we can to keep costs low such as working with pet brands and bringing supplies directly into our warehouse. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal’s road to recovery and are greatly appreciated. It is important to note that we strive to keep our platform free for animal welfare groups, as such, a reason for why our products may seem higher priced is because we include the cost of shipping and handling fees. In addition, all wishlist items & donations are tax deductible for donors which is explained in further detail on our FAQ page.
Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. We also provide an email marketing tool that helps to easily send emails at the most optimal times in order to reach their campaign goals. These are all tools that would otherwise be unavailable or inaccessible for many of our partners.
