Great company
Great company, great mission. My only request is that you all look into sending progress photos of the animals customers have donated to, that would be really nice to see. It would also probably result in customers spending more as they grow an attachment to the animal(s) they've donated to. Once you make that first donation, psychologically you are committed to a successful recovery and therefor are more likely to donate again if needed. I am sure there are volunteers you could contract to send "progress" photos/emails to individual customers.

Hello There, Kristina, Thank you so much for the kind words and for the wonderful feedback. We take feedback very seriously and want to ensure that you are valued and heard! Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you. We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. I do apologize for the inconvenience here, we do make our best effort to keep campaigns fully updated. Thanks for your support and understanding. We really appreciate your generosity and everything you do to help animals in need. Please let me know if we can be ever be of any assistance!

Thank you for saving and improving the lives of animals here and abroad!
Your compassionate work with organizations abroad and here in the U.S. is most impressive and gives much hope for inspiring more caring and thoughtful humans. I was very glad to receive a response recently to my email regarding a particular dog. Josh, with customer service, responded immediately and we had a couple of email conversations. I appreciate so much the follow through. I hope to hear more about the dog, but understand it is hard to get responses from some of the rescues as they need to focus on saving lives. I’m grateful for all you do as I am with all the organizations who are affiliated with you.

Helping fur babies
What makes me donate through cuddly is that y'all help so many shelters and animals out and it just warms my heart that there is a place that does help these animals and helps shelters that need to get the word out and need to help with taking care of these fur babies and as long as I can I'll donate as much as I can whenever I can I wish I could just take all them for babies home with me
Response from CUDDLYMar 20, 2024
