Thank you for everything you do for animals in need. Please let me know if I can ever answer any questions. CUDDLY does not have the ability to take legal action against anyone in the case of any animals on our site, as we do not have ownership of the animals. Our rescue partners are urged to take legal action against all abusers in cases such as these, but sometimes they do not know who the previous owner or abuser is. Most of the time, there is an ongoing investigation with cases like this, but due to the sensitivity, we cannot report on it, as we have to keep our rescue partner's best interest in mind.
