Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. Hello There, Ginga, Thank you so much for the feedback. We are very serious about improving our platform and it is wonderful comments like yours that help us improve! I do apologize for the inconvenience here, we do make our best effort to keep campaigns fully updated. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you. We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. Animals sometimes also get removed after the campaign is complete or at the request of the welfare organization. We can't usually get dependable updates on these. Please let me know if we can ever be of any assistance.
