I watch newsmax and saw the commercial. I felt since an honest news reporter was doing the commercial, that this was a good company to donate to that help animals.

I love you guys...you do a wonderful job, and you help loads of animals....BUT....you're way too graphic at times. I mean, I get that people need to know what happens to these animals, but a LOT of people will turn their backs on you, because they don't want to SEE it. Maybe just a brief description is alll that's needed, I don't know. I just know that it's too disturbing a lot of the time to look at. Sad, I know, because people need to know the truth.

Hello There, We apologize for any photo or story that may have caused negative feelings, as we do not have any intention of causing harm to our donors. Our mission is to help our rescue partners raise awareness of the animals they intake by being 100% transparent with our community on the animal's condition. We want to showcase the animal's conditions at time of rescue, as well as their recovery process, and needs. We appreciate your support and hope you can help more animals overcome the nightmares they live and recover from. Please let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime. Thank you so much for everything you do for animals in need and have a great day,

Made it clear that my donation went directly to the cause as advertised and if not the donation would go to someone else in need.
