I LOVE what you do, and I have been giving to you since 2020. However, lately, you have added a non-removable "taxes and fees" charge. First, there IS NO TAX ON A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION, SO WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CHARGING US TAX?!?! And what are these hidden "fees?" If I wanted to give an extra $3 or $4, as you've been tacking on, I WOULD GIVE IT TO THE ANIMAL -- not to an illegal tax on a charitable contribution and not to hidden fees.

I am glad your website can refer donations to hundreds of animal rescues who need funds to help thousands of sick and injured animals every day of the year. Thank You!

I like Cuddly. I donate (when can). Cuddly and it's affiliates deeply care about helpless animals. I often look forward to the updates, and usually have a favorite animal or two I am more concerned about. I worry, Cuddly snows it's supporters with too many appeals exhausting their patience, blow up email box, but I myself don't mind?

There is far too little feedback to donors regarding the progress of animals.

Some of the stories are so heartbreaking, but there are a few times I can't access the animal's story (no link). It helps that you give graphic warnings.

I like that so many pets get rescued and get the medical care they need to survive. However I do not agree to life-saving measures be taken for severely abused animals who should be humanely put to sleep and not be put through torturous and horrific life-saving methods. It’s not fair to the poor animal who is near death to be tortured some more in trying to save them. This is horrible. Let them go peacefully.

I love helping animals whenever I can. The best thing you could do to improve is to make sure the doners get updates on the animals they donate to.
