DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews! I made an order with this company on 14th September. It is now 22nd September. I have not received my order, no further updates or tracking have been provided. I emailed last week to follow up on my order but received no reply. I phoned today and (miraculously) my order was being prepared for dispatch… 8 days later! Surprisingly, I didn’t receive any tracking info after this phone call and it doesn’t appear that the order was dispatched. I asked if it was normal for orders to take over a week to be dispatched as this seems to be very common, after reading the reviews. I’m now out of pocket for this item and will be approaching my bank. Shady stuff.
