I worked with C-TRELL as a designer. He was professional and easy to communicate with, but ultimately was not able to execute what I needed. The designs consistently came back as interpretations rather than the exact traced results I clearly requested. I made multiple attempts to clarify this through detailed messages and even offered a live call to guide the process in real time, but that was declined. The lack of alignment throughout the process made it difficult to feel confident in how the work was being executed. While unlimited revisions were offered, the revisions did not move closer to the required outcome, and I did not have time to continue an open-ended process without progress. In the end, the project did not deliver what was agreed upon, resulting in a loss of both time and $300.
