I would definitely recommend CS Surveying. Very professional in there report.. Thanks again one happy Customer 😄

Excellent experience throughout the process, highly recommended. I choice a level 3 survey which also includes estimated prices for the repairs and I am happy with the description and detail of the report. Many thanks to Andrea who was very helpful throughout it all and for sending me the report within the time frame mentioned.

Very quick response. Very cheap price and very thorough durvey

They have provided a thorough survey with estimate fixing cost for each single element. This has made my life much easier when revising my offer with the seller. The report is also professional and cover almost everything possible. I will give them 9.5/10 easily.

Enlisted CS Surveying to complete a L3 survey on the home we are hoping to purchase. Communication from them was timely and professional and the report was completed to a really good standard. John was happy to talk me through it and it flagged some major & minor issues we needed to be aware of. Hoping to use the major ones to renegotiate price. Thank you CS Surveying for a great service.

Andrea was very helpful during my initial enquiries by phone. She emailed some useful information. I also to asked John to carry out some small extra checks during his survey, which were done without any problems. John's report was thorough, and most interesting.

From start to finish John and Andrea were both amazing with communication were constantly there to answer any questions we had and was quick to get our survey booked in. I didn’t know what the expect for the final report but happy with what has been received as it is very in depth. Would recommend to friends and family.
