I got scammed. The product said instant delivery 20 hours later still do email.. I try to talk to them and ask where my account is then for some reason the chat feature is now not accessible

I placed an order 6 days ago and still havent recieved it, even though i was told it was take 72 hours max. Then they needed an additional 48 hours and it still hasnt been processed. Now i cant even get anyone from customer service on the live chat. I know they are going to make it a pain in the ass getting a refund. DO NOT use this site. unproffessional and they care more about you spending money on their services than actually providing the service you are buying.

Very amateur site, they say that they do not accept payments from Brazil only when you make the purchase and the longest refund of the e-shop. I DONT RECOMMEND. Site muito amador, dizem que não aceitam pagamentos do Brasil apenas quando você efetua a compra e o reembolso mais demorado do e-shop. NÃO RECOMENDO

Delivery is not instant as they promised. I suspect it is a complete scam. Reporting fraud to bank and payment processor. They lie in the FAQ that delivery is done by email. In the email you get "contact our live chat" where they do not reply. AVOID SCAM

DO NOT TRY BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE IT'S A SCAM! First of all you won't receive anything after purchasing, and don't even try to contact the live support, they are toxic turkish people who barely understand english and they will just insult you and won't help, imagine these 14 year olds are actually scamming people for a dollar. How poor.
