This company is terrible. My condo association uses them for washers and driers. They just appeared one day without telling anybody and install a camera and a system when we have to pay through their app. They left the option of a coin which doesn't work. They took my money and now I can't get a refund. I tried to call 3 times waiting 30 minutes and when finally got connected, I hear 2 women talking about their personal business and avoiding me. I will never use machines in my building again. From now on I have to go to a laundromat. This is a bad company and I would not advise anybody to use them.

This is the worst commercial coin opt business in the Bay Area. Their service department is unreliable and it is non responsive to service calls. We changed over about a year ago and all was fine until they dropped the ball. We have been waiting for weeks now for a service person to fix the dryer units in or complex. The guy finally showed up and I asked him to wait till I could come check to make sure they worked and he left and the dryers do not work. If your Condo complex is considering using CSC Service Works DON’T you will regret it. Search for another company with better customer service. Update 02/05/2024 My first post on CSC was August 05, 2020 They replied today 4 years later…See they are the worst.
