Our Apartment Building has contact service several times. We are almost on 6 weeks and washing machine is still broken.

Our machines are trash
Our machines are trash. I am still waiting on an 8 dollar refund. I have requested over and over for a tech to come out. After i called for refund of 8 dollars i nvr got, i was told tech came out. No one came out cuz i used same machines then requested 3.25 refund. I haven't got neither refund. Ive had this prblm 4ever and will nvr use this laundrymat again. It's ridiculous and trash

THIEVERY
They stole money, didn't provide a promised courtesy as a result of their thievery, and then won't respond to my request for refund. I've reported them to the FTC and I think folks should seriously consider a class-action suit against them.

I recently visited a air pump and the pressure was non existent. My tire was at 30 and I was filling to 35 it went up to 31 in the 5 minutes I called waiting on the line for 30 minutes only to be told I’ll get a refund in the mail in 2 to 3 weeks. What!!!!! It cost more to send it in the mail then just putting the refund back on the card. I don’t know how this company is still in business 🗑 all around…..

CSC destroyed clothes and stole money
CSC manages (supposedly) the washers and dryers in my apartment building's laundry room. One of their dryers shredded (literally tore holes in) a load of my clothes, and almost six months later I'm still trying to get them to look at the photos I took and affidavit I filled out for them, to be able to get some reimbursement for replacements. Neighbors have told me about machines taking money off their cards and then not starting, as well, so it seems that incompetence is part of their core brand.

Breaking news update - worst service/broken equipment
Breaking news update: CSC Serviceworks has all terrible reviews and this one is just another one. It’s been over a month since the washer at 833 Emerson St in Denver, CO, stopped working and my apartment building basically said don’t hold my breath on it getting fixed anytime soon. Apparently they also have a contract which prevents us from getting a new vendor. I guess awful service and broken equipment actually can be something allowed in contract law. Finally, a company that just admits they are awful and factors it into the contract!

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! I put in a service request because the card readers on their machines weren't working, the serviced by removing the card readers. Thats like the cable coming out because you cable box doesn't work, only to replace the box with antennas from the 70s. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic, but par for the course for a company that has a 1.0 as their status.

The apartment building that I live in uses their washer and dryer. They're never around to service when something goes wrong. There is only eight apartments in the building. And the washer and dryer coin slots get full and of course then they won't work they don't even get here to empty them so that they continue to work. I would not recommend this company to any apartment building or condo using them.
