Absolutely terrible machines that have zero safety features resulting in belts smoldering and setting off fire alarms while belching toxic burning rubber smoke. Machines break constantly. App is terrible.

99% of the machines don't work and it's impossible to get in touch with then...

Appliance Warehouse is absolutely horrible. I used them when I was in college in Cincinnati in 2013 and they were great at the time. Now I live in Phoenix Arizona and I just needed them to move the washer to my new home across town which they request for you to do instead of moving it yourself. I received a call at 9am this morning saying the driver will be at my home to pick up the washer and dryer. My husband took off work to wait for the guy to pick it up. He never showed up. At 1:40pm I tried calling the drivers phone and his voicemail box was conveniently not set up and wouldn’t answer my text asking for an updated ETA. I then call appliance warehouse and they forwarded me to customer service twice and hung up on me mid sentence asking where the driver was (looking at you Bianca). I wasn’t yelling at them or being rude. Just an ETA. So I finally get a kind person on the line after waiting 40min and they stated that the ETa is on the website. I said the ETA is 12pm but it’s now 3pm. The guy said, “oh it doesn’t show an ETA anymore”. I said well not surprised because I’m sure the driver cleared the ETA and isn’t coming to pick it up. The employee told me to wait til end of day. I told him that I have to have these units out today bc the moving truck is coming tomorrow on a Saturday. These workers don’t work on the weekends. He said he’d send an email. So then 5pm rolls around and no luck. My husband calls and the person on the line says that they’ll come on Monday to pick it up. So now we have to hire a company to pick it up because our move out date is tomorrow. Once we move it to our new home I am ending my service with this company. Lost a customer for sure. They won’t care because it’s a typical corporation that clearly doesn’t care about their customers but here’s a review to warn others how terrible this company is and to buy your own washer/dryer or rent from a reputable company.

Wish I could give negative stars I've been trying to report a broken machine for 3 days. Used the web and their own app NO LUCK. It asks for 2 things my zip code and the first 3 numbers of the machines license number PS I'm not and idiot

One star is also too much. They are expensive but service is very cheap. They have the worse machines which damage your cloths. Most of the times those machines are not even working. They have the worse app in the world. I have being calling them for 2 months now to get a refund.Still no response, I don’t know how and what these people do? Clearly not responding to customers. I have had many laundry service and this one is the worst.

This company is contracted by my apartment complex and all the other reviews about how horrible they are couldn't be more accurate. Old, falling apart machines that are not maintained or cleaned regularly for the entire 3 years I've lived here. We have to do submit service requests for them to be fixed almost weekly. Not sure how this is an effecient way to do business when they have to send service agents out constantly. Their service agents will come out and say they “fixed” the problem only to have us put in another request for the same issue days later. At one point we went a month or more without working machines. On top of this they charge a pretty steep $2 per wash and $1.75 per dry for relatively small machines. The app is great in theory but glitchy. Nothing good to say about this company

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This company responds to complaints by using the money they get from broken machines to pay someone to send those ridiculous responses. The majority of the machines where I live do not work, but you know what does work, the payment processor. At this point, I am convinced that whoever is running this company is crooked or not so bright. I've taken videos and pictures of the machines and will post them wherever I can to warn people about this company. I want my money back. Next stop BBB and wherever I can to post 1 star. You raised the prices but will not fix the machines. Your system is down, but getting a quote for a contract is working just fine. Read the reviews before you consider making a call or it will be constant hell and stress. These are thieves.

I live in an apartment complex that uses CSCSW for their laundry facilities. My laundry card got damaged and I can no longer use it. I have called CSCSW three times to order a new card. Each time waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Each time I called I was given a time frame of 10 business days. It has been 2 months now since I first called them, and I still do not have a replacement card. The representatives that I spoke with were not helpful at all and one didn't seem to understand that I needed a new card and kept asking me for a machine ID. I don't know what I have to do to be able to receive a replacement card. It's either fill out a form online, or speak to an employee that is no help at all. My property manager has also reached out just for them to say that I (the tenant) needs to reach out to them. If I could give zero stars I would.
