Hello Felicia, Thank you for leaving a review for CSC ServiceWorks and sharing your recent customer experience with our machines. We are genuinely sorry for the negative laundry experience. Upon reviewing the account, it was determined that the service case is still open. A technician has been assigned, and his status states "work in progress." He has either been on site today and has not closed the case yet or should be out by the end of the business day. The technician will call the number added to the service request once the machine is unlocked. If you have yet to try these troubleshooting steps, we encourage you to do so. First, press inwards on the machine for 30 seconds. This should release the latch. If a maintenance person is on-site, try unplugging the machine for 30 minutes to allow for a hard reset. The machines on site are what was ordered and likely intended to be kept for an extended period of time. We encourage you to contact your property management to discuss machine replacement.
