Ricky
Very Empathetic and Professional Service
We used Crypto Trace Labs to help us track some on chain assets that had been stolen. They were able to pinpoint the exchange that the assets were being held on and they created a very thorough report which we were able to share with our lawyers and local police force. The team was very professional, showed a high level of empathy for our situation and were very transparent in what they can and cant help with during the investigation. The report itself was extremely helpful and we suspect without this report its unlikely our case would have been investigated further so overall we are glad we booked with these guys.
