I made an exchange 4 days ago from BTC to XMR. The exchange was marked complete but I never received the coins. I wrote to support the night it happened and multiple times since. I did get one email from support asking for the transaction details, which I provided, and haven’t heard a thing since. I have pleaded with them every day and gotten nothing. I would like to take legal action but I don’t know where they are located or how to find them. This is not a legitimate company.

SCAM!! Took all my money. Marks it as complete. Does not respond to support emails. Do not be as foolish as me please.

Scam! I feel so stupid having fallen for this graft. Do not use CryptMixer! The thieves behind this operation did enough groundwork to have their fake website app come up in Google as plausible and legitimate. Please do not be as impulsive and foolish as I was. Do not use this website to convert or tumble any of your cryptocurrency!

It's a scam. I did the "conversion", which the site said was "completed", but my wallet never received the coins. E-mails to support go unanswered.

BEWARE! I just have been scammed by this tumbler. Lost all the coins I wanted to mix. No answer from the support since 24h. As another user said, they just take your coins and that's it. Bloody scammers. I should have realised while surfing on the site, it is not like the other tumblers, no letter of guarantee, no logs, very low fees, etc. Too good to be true. If you care about your coins, please, make sure to avoid it.

This website is a scam. They take your bitcoin, and simply do not return anything. I've been scammed by this site, and I've lost all of the funds I sent. Even the legal text on the website is a copy-paste from Changelly. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Scam. EDIT: Reply to my support emails, I have sent multiple.
