I tried the product after sampling at a local store that carries it..... I ended up ordering two foundations and two primers online.Because they are on sale in November 2025. I traveled out of the country from November to December that year and again in March 2026, and did not take my products with me. When I started trying to use the product mark I am more frequently in april and may I realize that the pump got stuck up into the cap and I could not get it out. So from this point on, I was unable to use the foundation properly, and it was making a huge mess with wasted product. I contact you, customer service. The best they could do was to send me two more pumps and caps which did the exact same thing when I tested it before trying to put it on the ooen product bottle. Good thing I did not attach it because at this point. All of the products stuck in the pump is not going to be able to be used. And I would have wasted even more product. I asked for a better solution and they gave me a $20 credit saying they wouldn't exchange the product. For the price point of this product, I would have expected a much better experience with a real human being.Instead of AI on the first pass. I cannot picture buying more of this product since I still have a lot to use.. on the second bottle, when I open that I probably won't even try to use the cap, which means I'll never be able to travel with this stuff. The product does seem to break me out. And it does get very splotchy on my face in warm weather, even with primer and h d powder...

I really love the eye shadow this company produces. I also love their dedication to toxic free makeup. Where other brands say they are "non-toxic" they are not cause..PFAS. This company does not have any PFAS as determined by independent sources.

I have had a wonderful experience with Crunchi. The customer support is amazing, I have never had an issue talking with someone. The products are high quality, the packaging is sleek and beautiful and consciously packaged. All of their products are vegan, cruelty-free, and leaping bunny certified. Most of their products are packaged in glass, so make sure to keep them out of reach of crazy toddlers. My 2-year-old loves to play with my stuff, so I put the glass packaging in a container on my counter and give her a little bit to rub on her face so she can feel like a big kid. I've used Crunchi products on my daughter for over a year and have used them all through my pregnancy without hesitation. I love this company and the products!
