Ordered (order #10803) and paid but never got the item. Several reminders led to promises that were all neglected, no follow-ups at all. The last promise was "We will submit your order for refund and you will receive a separate email when it's processed, which will be in the next 1-2 business days." This was on June 14. Today is August 12. Money lost, never again.
