I love that you can connect with TradeLocker, your withdrawals always hit quickly, & haven’t had a single tech issues. Also I use customer service & would get a response back extremely fast normally under a MINUTE! Which is insane that they have that fast of a response for customer service. Loving this broker & all the bonuses they offer as well.

Been with this broker for 6 months now
Been with this broker for 6 months now. Customer service is ALWAYS responsive and accommodating. I’ve never really had an issue with the exception of the server going down during the day for about an hour. But that was not on the Crucial Markets platform but the server provider. That being said they worked quickly to get things back running. I’ve been with other platforms and they were down for a day if not more. They even had to move people onto other platforms and you couldn’t access your funds. Never an issue with Crucial markets. The spreads are tight and trading smooth.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary server issue and are glad our team was able to resolve it quickly. Thank you for recognizing our tight spreads and smooth trading experience. Your feedback means a lot to us. Best regards, Crucial Markets Team
