Initial impression and use so far
Customer support has been really great so far! They don't take too long to respond and very helpful with request. They've been able to fix all of my issues so far without trouble.
Response from Crucial MarketsMay 30, 2026
Thanks Levon, really appreciate you taking the time. We push hard on support response times because we know how stressful waiting on a broker can be when your money's involved. Glad we've been able to get every issue sorted so far — welcome to Crucial, and reach out any time if anything else comes up.

Having a great experience with this broker
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with Crucial Markets. I was introduced to the platform by someone I’ve been doing business with for a long time and someone I trust heavily. Since getting started with Crucial Markets, my experience has been excellent. Customer support has been responsive and professional, and I’ve personally received thousands of dollars in withdrawals that were processed very quickly, often within the same day. I also have many clients on the platform who are enjoying the experience and are excited about the future as well. From what we’ve seen so far, we truly believe this has the potential to be a long-term legacy platform. Just wanted to give my feedback and say thank you to Crucial Markets and the management team. You guys are doing a great job. Me and my trading team are rocking with you guys long-term. Keep up the great work.
