I had a lot of issues missing the email to choose which version I wanted and then again with Canada Post sending my package back due to no fault of CRTN. The customer service agent Olivia was top notch! She got back to all my emails within a day and was able to do everything in her power to make my experience great! I found the purchase a little on the pricey side, but after dealing with them I definitely would again and I’d recommend them to others in a heartbeat. Especially with the amount of online shopping companies that are not helpful and willing to go above and beyond.
