Crossrope products are genuinely high-quality, and their customer support is always responsive and helpful. The app is fantastic! The team constantly improves it, regularly releasing updates, new workouts, and useful features. The only downside is that Android users still don’t have access to all the features available on iOS. Hopefully, this gap will be addressed in future updates.

Best jumpropes I’ve ever used. I love all my Crossrope sets and my amp handles- they make progressing super easy. I’ve also used the app’s AI Coach which allows me to find and tailor my workouts easily. The programs and challenges ROCK!

Excellent product and fantastic customer service. I purchased my ropeless cross ropes about 6 months ago and I love them. Great quality! I wanted to purchase another weight of attachments and the website showed they were out of stock. I contacted customer service to find out when they would be back in stock and it was going to be a few weeks. Customer service asked me if I wanted to be notified when they were back in stock and I said yes, honestly not believing I would be notified. I was very happy to receive an email just 2 weeks later to let me know the product was back in stock. I use my ropeless cross ropes 6 days a week while I rebound and I am very happy with the product!
