There isn't really much to say about this company except that it has a terrible leadership at the moment. The management is filled with people who aren't fit to lead others. These people think too much of themselves and too little of others. They care about their own desires rather than the wellbeing of the employees. If this company wants to go back to its successful performance, it needs to replace the current managers.
