WARNING! Do not order from this company. I ordered garland well over a month ago and haven’t gotten an update in 2 weeks. Last update on 12-8 said it left customs in Italy! Luckily I used a payment plan and changed my payment method to a closed account so I only lost one payment of $20.

Ordered garland over a month ago and still haven't recieved the item. By the time it gets here Christmas will be gone. What a disappointment.Based on the transit information received the item is coming from Romania. Do not buy from this company.

Waiting on a garland I ordered on Nov 2nd and it’s now Dec 8th! Vague shipping updates without a legit tracking number and carrier name to research. Just states “transit” with a 3rd party carrier. I have a feeling I won’t get this garland in any real time to display it for the holiday season. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my Norfolk pine garland from Crosmicopic a MONTH ago and it has still not arrived. I keep getting vague shipping updates that say the product is on its way but don’t give details about where it is or when its estimated arrival date is. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered Christmas Garland over 3 weeks ago after seeing an ad on Facebook. I realized my mistake immediately that this would not be a good company and sent an email the same day asking to cancel it. Two days later I got an email asking why. I responded immediately and then waited another day before them saying it was too late to cancel and to say I’d be happy with the product and if not they’d take care of it then. It was after that email that I got the first tracking notice that it had left the sorting center. It has now been three weeks and is now at US Customs. I have no idea how much longer it will take to arrive but I’m doing my Christmas decorating now and it will be too late. Seriously doubting the are going to refund me then and I’d probably have to pay to ship it back to Italy if they did. Never buy from this company if you are in the US!!
