Kept promising delivery, finally made it. Instructions for using the security camera are skimpy to say the least. I'm going to have to research to see how to operate it when instructions should have been included. Not happy at all.

Hi Katherine, your order is expected to ship this week. Sorry for the delay, a large spike in demand caused us to stock out. The good news, is that more inventory is expected any day now. We will email you more information.

Hi Mariruth, so sorry for the delay. You should have received a couple of status updates on your order. More product will be on our shelves this week and you will be getting your order as soon as we get more inventory.

Worst camera ever to hook up to my wireless system. Can do easy via lan. Wireless? forget about it.
Response from CrorzarMay 13, 2020
Hi Sherwood, we are sorry to hear that you've had a hard time setting the camera up wirelessly. The number one reason for issues with wireless setup is connecting to the wrong wifi network. Make sure your phone/tablet is connected to the 2.4ghz wifi network when you attempt the setup. As noted in the setup instructions, these cameras work on a 2.4ghz network, not the 5ghz network. Your router should broadcast both. We will reach out directly via email to help you resolve this.
