Loved them at first. Ordered a fourth. It fails one I bought last year failed. Spoke with your department. I have hearing different. He spoke in a difficult dialect to understand. Could not print out instructions to return both and cost of shipping on only one of them. Chalked it up to a loss

I like the fact that they don't need to have a payed manager system. I don't like the fact that they run on 2.4 gigs and not 5.0. We have a 5 gig wifi because of our at home work. I don't know if I want to add another router? Why can't it download to the card, then I can remove the card, download images, reinstall the card. This is in my shop so it's not like it is going off that often. Is there any way to use it?

Hi Ronald, The 5ghz wifi networks don't have great range and that creates a lot of issues, so we and most other companies use the 2.4 instead. Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all the cameras go off line. The solar outdoor cameras reset button is inside the battery box which means dismount disassemble and reconnect. The remount. There are better cameras on the market. Blink, Arlo. Ect. Wasted money.

Having trouble using the app. I have tried to set this camera several times. For some reason I cannot get past the registration on the phone app.

I’ve had trouble with it since I got it. First, I do have it set up to my WiFi. But, it will not continuously record. I check it each day and it did not record since the previous day. It records in spurts. I have to reboot it all the time. Right now, it shows an error code of -99991 5127. Have no clue what that is. Didn’t record nothing all day. Really disappointed in this for the money I spent. I’m going out of town this coming Friday, the 5th. My niece lives with me and I have no reason to trust her at my house while I’m gone. I thought I found the solution with this so I can keep an eye on her. Really disappointed...

Haven't been able to install. The count down goes too fast and is such small print I'm very frustrated. Bought two and haven't been able to use either. Will try one more time.....and, if no luck, i'll have to return.

Hi Wanda, we are sorry to hear you are having trouble setting up your camera. Please contact our tech support so we can help you get your camera going. You can reach us at 855.700.2482 option 3. The cameras gives you a full 3 minutes per attempt before it times out, so if you are having timeout issues the most likely culprit is that you are connecting to your routers 5ghz network instead of the 2.4 ghz network. Make sure you are on the 2.4ghz network and the connection will only take a few seconds.

1st the USB cable is too short. The instructions weren't detailed enough. The app keeps restarting without any prompting
