What a young rock star employee Ryan was handling raccoons out of my mothers home. Like anyone with a family of raccoons up in your attic it was very scary and out of the homeowner control especially when it is happening at your mothers home. We are thankful for calling critter control because if all there employees are like the young gentleman who serviced my mothers home, then this company will go far and beyond for you. Very cool how on the first trip he painted a blue print in my head on how he was going to remove the raccoons out of the attic and step by step. When he told me he is hoping to have the raccoons out within 3 days I thought to myself no way especially with how tight the attic is.mHe caught the female raccoon on the 2nd night then went up into the attic and could not find any babies. He told me tomorrow he would go back up in the attic again to try to locate the cubs and if not then he would have to release the female raccoon back on my property. Sure enough the next day he belly crawled my mothers attic for 45 minutes and came back down the from the attic with 5 cubs. Very polite employee and a wonderful company to hire. Thank you money well spent !!

The team did a great job. Steve the crew chief was very professional and explained the entire process. The team was dressed in uniforms and very polite. Kept the job very tidy and got it done. Would higly recommend.

Very pleased and happy we hired critter control to remove our raccoon population in our backyard. Ryan did an outstanding Job keeping me in the loop the entire week that he serviced our home, and treated our property like it was his. I was very happy that Ryan told me he was going to do an outside inspection of our home and went into our attic to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend this company !!!!

Called for a pesky raccoon in the attic. Got a quick response and traps set that same day. Have to say that working with Nathan was a pleasure and he was very helpful. We got the raccoon out the attic though did not catch it...but who knew how many possums roam outside at night!! (caught three of them!) My only "complaint' is that I feel it was more expensive than needed but that is certainly not the fault of the staff.

Great work by Ryan on trapping many raccoons off our property. Very professional and took pictures on each raccoon that he caught and emailed it to me.

My husband discovered that we had an opossum in our laundry room,I quickly called critter control and Ryan showed up within the hour. He quickly went into the laundry room and removed the opossum in about 3 seconds. He simply grabbed it by the tail and put the opossum in the trap. I can not express how happy I was when he removed it for us. Ryan was very polite and excellent to work with, and we are thankful for choosing critter control !!!

My overall experience with Critter Control has been very good. Jason came out immediately to assess the situation and scheduled a crew to come out a few days later to remediate the situation. Although no actual rodents were caught during the process, 2 openings in the firewall were fixed/sealed and a microbial solution was applied after they removed all the insulation. It's been 2 days since the work was done and I have not heard the scratching noise in my ceiling which is why I contacted them. Steve Sarno and his crew were great. They were on time, courteous, explained what they would be doing, protected my home to ensure they did not track dirt into the house and Steve reviewed his findings and the work after completion I have slept more peaceful in the past 2 days. Thank you.
