The intial communication was great. After receiving my intial call to get the ball rolling which was almost immediately. It was radio silence for a while, I have yet to hear from a sales rep to ensure my radio is received. Overall, it seems like a suitable company and very professional standards. I am hoping that I can get everything I need within a timely manner.
