I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. My background check has been pending since October 1st, and somehow nearly THREE WEEKS later this company still cannot complete it. I have called multiple times just to receive the same useless answers with absolutely NO resolution. I was told my estimated completion date was October 20th. October 20th came and went, and now I’m being told it is STILL pending because they have to “send a researcher out.” So what exactly has been happening since October 1st? This is not some meaningless paperwork sitting in a queue. People’s jobs, start dates, and INCOME depend on these background checks being completed. Their delays are now affecting my employment and causing me potential financial loss, while I have completed EVERYTHING required of me. The lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and transparency is ridiculous. If there is a legitimate delay, applicants should be given an actual explanation and realistic timeline instead of repeatedly being told “it’s pending.” Having someone’s livelihood sitting in limbo for weeks while providing no meaningful resolution is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend this company. Employers need to seriously reconsider using a background screening company that handles applicants’ employment opportunities this way. Absolutely unacceptable. One star is generous.

The ID upload function is faulty doesn't work with iPhone. Can only upload one out of the three documents required, try uploading the second document and it just replaces the first. No customer service on the weekend. Frustrating and a waste of time. Employers would be better off looking for an alternative in my opinion.

It was very easy and with one click I can initiate a check. The formatting of Crimcheck's reports is easy to understand yet very detailed. My team loves the notifications that are sent out whenever an order is placed and subsequent ones to keep updated on the progress. It's been an excellent experience all around!
