Review of Crigloo Software
I purchased Crigloo Software through the AppSumo marketplace on 18 June 2022 under a lifetime deal, selecting Tier 4 — Unlimited Ads Accounts. At the time, I did not yet have a client base and was still establishing my business. I purchased Crigloo in anticipation of needing it in the future because I had always struggled with social-media advertising and believed the platform could help me manage and optimise advertising campaigns. The AppSumo listing described Crigloo as an AI-powered omnichannel advertising platform and advertised lifetime access, including campaign execution, omnichannel optimisation, budget optimisation, ad analytics and support for multiple advertising channels. AppSumo explains that a lifetime deal provides access for the lifetime of the product while the service remains available. After purchasing the deal, I activated my account and obtained access to the Crigloo platform. However, because I was struggling to establish my business, I did not immediately use the software. For a period, I was not running advertising campaigns. Approximately 2 years and six months later, when I attempted to log back into my account, I discovered that the Crigloo founder, Badri-Veeraraghava, and his team had deactivated and deleted my account. This occurred around 24 May 2024. I contacted the Crigloo team and requested that my account be restored. It was eventually reactivated during May 2024. In 2025, my account was deactivated and deleted again, despite the fact that I had paid for a lifetime licence. I contacted Crigloo repeatedly, and my account was once again reinstated. In September 2026, the same issue occurred for a third time. My Crigloo account was again deactivated and deleted. I contacted the company founder MrBadri on 4 September 2026 to request reactivation, but the response from Mr Badri was that the software was being phased out which is a lie and dishonest. Based on the information currently presented on the Crigloo website the company still sell ai omnichannel advertising across mutiple ad platforms in 2026, just as they had promoted in 2022, I do not accept that explanation. The website continues to promote Crigloo as an omnichannel advertising and ad-optimisation platform, including campaign unification, media-budget optimisation and actionable insights. My concerns I paid for a Tier 4 lifetime account, not a temporary subscription that could be repeatedly removed without warning. At no point was I given a clear advance notification, a proper explanation or a meaningful discussion before my account was deactivated. The repeated deletion of my account despite taking my money for payment has caused considerable frustration and has undermined my confidence in both the software , the company and the founder Mr Badri. I bought the product in good faith, originally intending to use it for my own business and, eventually, for client campaigns. Instead, I have repeatedly had to contact support simply to regain access to a product for which I had already paid and I have contacted the founder and CEO, Mr Badri and he has not reactivated my Crigloo account. I also find the explanation that Crigloo is being phased out difficult to reconcile with the company’s current website, which continues to present the platform as an active omnichannel advertising solution in 2026, just as they had promoted this service in 2022. If the product is genuinely being discontinued, lifetime customers should receive a transparent explanation, continued access for the current Crigloo which is exactly as before, or an appropriate remedy. Final assessment My experience with Crigloo has been deeply disappointing. The issue is not merely that I encountered technical problems; it is the repeated and dishonest removal of access to a paid lifetime account without adequate notice or a consistent explanation. I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise caution and carefully investigate how Crigloo treats AppSumo lifetime-deal customers before purchasing. In my view, a company should not accept payment for lifetime access and then repeatedly deactivate and delete customers’ accounts without clear communication, contractual justification or an appropriate resolution. I am requesting the restoration of my original Tier 4 Unlimited Ads Accounts access, or a fair refund if Crigloo is no longer able or willing to honour the lifetime deal. Until this matter is resolved transparently, I cannot recommend Crigloo or its founder, Badri-Veeraraghava, to other businesses.
