CRESTICOReviews of crestico.com

I am so grateful to have found Houtan and Crestico Funding! Words could not describe how blessed I feel to have found him! I was stuck in a financial situation that was tough for me to get out of, and had spoken to my credit union and one other bank about my home loan, which advised me I had to wait another year before they were able to fund me. I found Houtan on Yelp, and based on his great reviews, I decided to follow through with him and Crestico Funding. I spoke to him around mid-July and was funded by September! When I had been waiting on my Credit Union for 6 months before I decided to move on somewhere else! (Logix Federal Credit Union if it means anything to anyone) Although he seemed to be a mortgage broker with lots of clientele NEVER once did I feel I was second to anybody. Even when he was on vacation he responded quickly to my emails when I really wasn't expecting him to. Houtan is truly a perfectionist in his profession, and a Blessing in disguise for me in my life. I will MOST DEFINITELY recommend Houtan and Crestico to anybody and everybody! I could not thank you enough Houtan! I will definitely be doing business with you again in the near future :) Thank you!

If you are looking for fastest, easiest and most affordable way to get a home loan and least amount of headache, this is the broker to talk to! We have been trying to refinance our condo in West LA for almost a year and half and changed multiple brokers but unfortunately none of the previous brokers had the ability to get a loan for our condo. I found Crestico Fudning driving on Bundy toward my home and i thought to my self it doesn't hurt to call and it sure did not! I like their professionalism, even though they have a very young team to work with ( i loved it cause they use email instead of phone calls) they are very knowledgeable and experienced!

i was looing for a website that would give me information for free or no obligation about purchasing a new home. i found most of the information that i was looking for just by using their user friendly website.
