The program has helped but it doesn’t update enough so I’m looking at old information. Also the letters are old and needs to be updated

Not bad but not great. They will try to make it sound like they will do a lot more than what they actually do. Their system is not intuitive. All they are doing is streamlining the simplest version of disputing things as possible. Then once the credit bureaus say, this if frivolous, they will tell you that you need to contact a lawyer if you want to proceed further. But will continue to collect money from you if they can. Spend less time and just do it yourself.

Cost is too high

Credit version is okay. It needs to update credit score more often than 40 days. And more choices for description of disputes.

I'm not deleting the amount of accounts I was lead to believe. In "THREE MONTHS", I've only had about "FOUR" accounts deleted and my score has gone up about 40 points.

Need to add more unique dispute reasons on hard inquiries, negatives, public records etc 5-7 reasons seems not enough

We’re still waiting on results, I can’t give a score for an uncompleted job. We will see
