This place is a despicable joke. They say that they are here to help you and after looking into the service, I decided it wasn't for me. I called to cancel and you can't get through. Once you finally do get to speak to someone, they tell you that you can cancel but they will still charge you because you got through a day late. I guess that's how they make their money. If they don't let you call and quit them they can charge you and I never even got to log into my accout to see any of the crap they say they offer. It kept saying my info was invalid. So I spent a week trying to figure this out and listening to a phone ring and calls be 'dropped' just for them to come back a month later and yank 99 dollars out of my sons ssi check. I hope y'all sleep well at night knowing how you screw folks. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my whole life.

I close my account with credit repair today 3-14-18.Because they stop doing anything.At first they were all Talk about they can remove this and that.From May of 2017 til March 14,2018.Credit Repair have not removed anything from my credit.I will not use them again.I give them a 0-zero score.Don’t waste your money.It’s a Rip-off.

Had one item with credit repair for at least 5 months. Was told it would be an easy one and solved quickly. Still has yet to accomplish anything. I sent an email weeks ago asking for more information and was ignored. I will be cancelling my service with them as I threw money down the toilet the last 5 months and got nothing out of it. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend or use again.

I have been with creditrepair.com since April and my credit score actually has gone down. Out of 27 issues they were able to remove I think 3. Save your money and just pay off the debt. Total scam!!

I have been with them for over 3 months now. My credit score has not changed at all. Only 1 item has been removed from 1 report. I have a new credit card, keep it under 30% utilization & they claim to have removed 1 item yet my credit score has not moved. As a matter of fact, it got worse when I got the credit card till I made the first payment then my credit score went right back to where it was when I hired their representation. If I had to do it all over again I would have never signed up & kept the $300+ I have spent to date. Also on several occasions the phone reps have given me wrong information. I see this as a scare tactic to keep me on the books. I am paid up for 15 more days then I'm done.

one Rep states they will challenge and escalate an issue, two weeks later we call to check the status, another Rep states they will do it again as it was not done the first time. Today they call and state that they cant escalate because it has never been initially been challenged.

I wanted to focus on certain things that they never challenged. It felt like they were on challenging things that didn't really have a big impact. It's a waste of money.

I’m going to be canceling services
