The survey they send you after a call, when you try and open it, it says you already did this survey when I actually did NOT do it. It’s like they do the survey for you. If you ask me to do a survey, let ME do it. I did report to last person I spoke with.

Very useful for a person like me with a busy schedule and not enough time to do the ground work myself!
