They do a good job of contacting creditors, however, they do not communicate with me.

I am highly disappointed I have been working about 9 years to remove a bankruptcy i didn't approve ,I have turn in all documents from my lawyer and the court . This has been a high impact on my credit report threw the years . I stopped being a customer for a few years trying not to spend money on a account with no resorts ,But this year I trying again with credit repair I don't know how much longer i am going to be able to keep this account on a fix income, I know credit repair working hard on my case thanks so much.

I feel like if it would’ve been disclosed me much much sooner that it would take almost 3 months to even see any kind of change in my credit score I may have not done it. Knowing that they only run your credit score every three months is also a little bit discerning.

The credit report it been 4 different time credit report didn't get update. Until I call about it pass update time

I have not seen my credit score get any better.hope to see improvement soon
