This company was representing itself as a “Clark’s Store”. It is not! The product, boots, arrived from China after almost 4 weeks. The product is cheaply made, not leather, and was advertised to have a good arch support. There is No arch support and the soles are made out of rubber. I will be throwing them away. Don’t waste your money!

I wish I could rate them below one star. I waited so long and became very frustrated as I watched where they were coming from. They arrived in a stinky plastic bag within a mailer bag, They are not from Clarks, someone did a nasty knock off. I got it out of mailbox and it stinks so bad. NO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS SITE. I WILL BE NOTIFYING CLARKS THAT THEY ARE PRODUCING SHOES UNDER THEIR NAME.

Horrible -if I could give no stars -I would. They just keep stalling and unresponsive to emails. I think they are probably a fraudulent company. Do not order from them. They are NOT Clark shoes.

On Dec. 9th I ordered a red pair of (supposedly) Clark boots from this company. They charged my credit card right away and emailed me an invoice. That was the last I heard from them. About 2 week later I emailed the company inquiring about the order. Nothing back. About 3.5 weeks later I had yet not heard from them so I contacted my bank to dispute the order and get my money back. I also emailed the company and told them to cancel the order. They emailed me back to ask for order info. I sent the info back and told them (again) to cancel the order and my bank would be in contact with them. They set another email saying they will sent a refund but I highly doubt that. My advice is not to deal with this company or any other company that advertises on Facebook. Go to the company's website and reviews and check them out before ordering anything. I'm just happy that my gut told me something wasn't right and I contacted my bank.

As others have commented; product is cheaply made, when I opened the plastic packaging, smelly odor and glue gun strands all over. The thick fleece lining in the sales picture is more like felt. There is no supportive structure to the footbed. The laces are less than 1/4” vinyl that go through holes that are not reinforced eyelets, just holes punched through vinyl. My 2 pairs of boots were crammed in regular size mailbox. I won’t even donate these, they’ll go into the trash! I too, wish there were negative star ratings. DECEPTIVE SALES

I ordered a pair of boots and though they came in a timely manner the laces of the boots were frayed. I reached out to the seller via email only to provide 9 emails of back and forth information they needed in order for me to PURCHASE another pair of laces so I could ware the boots I ordered. I am still in the middle of emails where they are asking me to provide the same information that has been provided MULTIPLE times already. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. I ordered some supposedly “leather” shoes and they had a chemical smell and were very poorly made. To give you some idea, I have a small mailbox which is about 8”X4”. Two pairs of those shoes fit into that small space. I received no satisfaction from the company. Their reply was that the shoes looked good to them. I will never wear them and they are so bad that I hesitate to donate them to charity. Lesson learned….research before purchasing and know the company.

Wish I could get negative star reviews because they would definitely be a -5 Stars. My items came in so cheaply made and the stitching is so tight that the leather is bunched up they look ridiculous they don't fit I have emailed no less than 10 times to get return instructions and they just keep talking about well we'll give you a partial refund they won't give me an address to send the stuff back to you...then they come back and say it's going to cost you over $30 to return the items I don't care what it costs... I want a full refund on my items and I will take care of the shipping to send them back to you simple as that they will not give me an address to send items back they will not give me a refund
