Bad counterfeits, awful service and no refund. Beware!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from them $76.00 later I still can't get my money back. I sent them all the info they wanted. Now they want pictures, I paid $28..00 to send two pair of shoes back to china, $104.00 this crap has cost. They lie and and BS and nothing. Extremely bad company . I thought better of Clarks shoes. Now I won't buy anymore.

I ordered 2 pairs of "Clarks" shoes. When they arrived, I was appalled at how flimsy and poorly made these counterfeits were. No packing slip, and no information on how to make a return. On the website I found an email address and sent requests for return info twice. No response to the first email, and the second one cannot be delivered and has been returned to me 3 times as undeliverable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM! COMPANY!!!!!

All negative review are true, this is a bad product. Shoes are too small, when I asked for info on returning, I was required to send pics of products and label, once I did that, they told me to return I would have to pay shipping and only get a partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

No stars. I thought I was buying Clark's. This is a scam. Facebook should stop this No packing slip. Shoes inside one another in plastic garbage bag. They don't fit. Now what?

Total SCAM!! Buyer Beware!! I am so frustrated by this awful experience; I absolutely HATE people who do this! They should be put into jail!

Totally agree with everything said. I ordered 71/2 shoes the ones I received were size 39. Too big and I have experienced the same run around as everyone else here. Emails, pay you return shipping fees, and no customer service. Now I am out my money. Contacting my bank today. They don’t seem to care as they keep doing business here.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.' After 10+ email exchanges where they refuse returns, they finally send me this: 'Sorry, the product doesn't satisfy you. The material you received is consistent with our publicity. Due to the long return journey, it can avoid damage in the transportation process. According to your situation, we will give you a special application and return 20% of the order amount to the company as compensation. Please consider it.' 20%! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
