Negative Experience Please beware, spoke with Danny. Promised a refund for a product I never received. That was almost 2 months ago now, they won't respond to me anymore. I filed fraud charges with PayPal and my bank against this company.

It has been over 1 1/2 years since I started working with this company and my site is still missing many of the features I requested at the start of the project and I am now being told those feature are an additional fee. I also paid to have my stationary done by them and this has never been finalized either. I have sat on multiple calls with Oscar Rodriguez (By the way calling them is not free and you are charged 1.5 cents per minute) only for him to never relay my information to the developer and then tell me we never had such conversation, even when I have emails confirming my requests. I upgraded my complaints to Steve who has never sorted out any of my issues and has never returned my call. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY and save yourself years worth of time

I paid this company $400.00 to build a simple website for me. Three months later I still have no website. They told me my website is live. The problem is that is nowhere to be found. I told them to keep the money and shove it. As far as I'm concern this is a scam. Gary

These guys are straight up crooks. I found them originally on November 11th 2019. I felt good about them at first when I saw they had better prices than competitors. Let that be a lesson. You get what you pay for. I was told I by a guy who calls himself Alex that it would be around three weeks and I would have a functional running website. He showed me other websites they apparently did in the same industry, they looked good so I went with them. Everything was going ok, then I get a call from Alex trying to up sell me on services that were completely unnecessary. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer until I got loud and eventually hung up on him, about a month goes by still no website. Come January, they tell me my website is ready. It was awful, non functioning, typos everywhere. Obviously was done with google translate. I get a call from my "account manager" and he said for them to fulfill what I wanted done, it would be another three weeks. I said ok, do you expect me to pay more money. He assured me no more money was necessary they just needed more time. I was frustrated but agreed. What else can I do? During this period the guy who calls himself Alex, I say it like that because I'm sure its not his real name, up sells me on SEO work that needed to be done. I agreed to two payments, $400 each a month apart and was assured I was going to have a functioning website in about a week. After a few weeks the guy who calls himself Carl calls me and drops the bomb of, I'm sorry but in order for us to continue you need to pay another $3000. Are you F$$%ing kidding me. I said you know what just give me my money back I'm going somewhere else. He kept trying to contact me, my response was I wanted my money back including the $800 they charged me for the SEO work that was obviously never fulfilled. His response was instead of the $3000 they would use the $800 and make it work. Now were are in March, yes five months later. They give me a website that is better, but not fully functional. He said in order to proceed I need to buy the maintenance package, that everything was working on his end. If I buy this package he will guarantee that it would work on my end too. He said he doesn't know why its not working for me and he sent me a screen shot showing me that it works for him. I consulted a professional, non con artist like these people and he said the reason it is working for him is because the set me up with a demo version. He was trying to get more money out of me to switch me out from the demo to the real version. The nerve of scumbags like this. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL GET SCREWED. This is not over I am going to continue to take action. Yes, I hold grudges until I feel we are even.

Payed for logo, web site and API communicator. LOGO: Came out decent after a lot of tries. WEBSITE: First design wasn't nice i asked for another one they provided me with another layout i was happy at first given the first one wasn't going to work. I tried working with the design and then realized it wasn't going to fit my business at this point after a lot of back and forth i got frustrated and asked for a REFUND. They told me since it was on a dev mock up server that they cant refund me the money, before that they told me that i agreed to the design and before that they told me since it was a promo you cant get refunded ( a lot of different reasons why ) API COMMUNICATOR: Never got it that was $1000 bucks Basically the company will up sell you to death, provide really basic work you can probably do on word press yourself, they do not hold up to there so called 100% guarantee there is always a underline reason why they cant refund your money now i am out $1400 bucks. They call a lot after a problem so you cant log your communications via email or text. These people will try to sell you everything under the sun and take your money fast but you'll never get anything in return but half @ss work. Lesson here is you get what you pay for!! ALSO i don't think this place is really located in the states so getting your money back if your not happy is pretty hard. If you have read a bad review i am pretty sure its true, and just washed out with fake good 4 star reviews to give them a better rating. I really wish i had read the reviews before i gave them my money. Only person that got back to me was Oscar and told me they are refunding me for the API in 20 business days which is May 1st that's a long time for a refund and i asked why so long he said its the financial department not him but you guys pressured me to buy some new product i never needed almost every day or two but a month for a refund? This has been the worst experience I have had so far in my business. They promised me so many things and have not delivered on any promise. I have asked for my money back several times. I have begged them to help me and even have lost thousands in business revenue because of the negligence and they still have not delivered. They tried to trick me into paying more money after I have paid $6000 by giving me false information that I needed a special security added to my site. They promised me my website would be finished in 8 to 10 business days and that was over 6 months ago and my website is still not functional. I have had several new project managers on my project but still nothing. They keep asking me to start over and give the same information over and over and over to new project managers and still nothing gets done correctly. I am having to learn wordpress myself to figure out how to build my website and now trying to get my site information to put on a different host in order to get another company to help me but they will not give me this information. I just discovered they had never set up my UPS account after giving this information on a few occasion and I was listed on my site as the UK. DO NOT use them they are not who they say they are. Most people still can not find my website by just typing it into the search bar. I have spent so much money and lost so much money with this company and I am still being held hostage by them.

Once again am still having problem with this company also all calls are being ignored so is my emails. Never use them again

NEVER EVER PAY ALL UPFRONT ! I write here about my true experience with Branded Logos. I generally don't like writing 1 star reviews unless necessary especially in this case. They are currently deleting any 1 star they're receiving trying to delete all their negative reviews claiming they have come from competitors or private details used or that they don't know that customer. They don't want you to know the truth. ITEC Devices Ltd, Blitz designs, Branded Logos is a UK company with their IT in Asia. Such dishonest company taking upfront payments from their customers and showing you some small designs making you believe that they're working on your project. My project manager was never accessible once they got all my payments that was it he was gone yet his name would appear on the chat now zendesk, when calling the office several mins before I was told he's off work, yet he was on chat now. I was always given excuses he's sick or in a meeting. When confronted on Zendesk chat now he would go offline. My emails and calls were not answered as the manager was only person on this project so no one else could help I was told. Weeks later I called the office my manager answered the call disguising his voice pretending to be another person, this became scary unprofessional to say the least. This is a honest review and with the help of my bank I was able to get all my refund. Especially when I told them my fraudelent experience and showed evidence of my emails. It's called a scam branded logo. Taking someone's money and not providing them the services they have paid for. Please don't get greedy if your unable to do the projects and you can't do the service you took the payments give back our refunds. I hope no one will ever experience what I experienced. You know what you have done and how many people you've misled. DONT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT go to your bank and report this fraud. Complain to the bank this is a fraud company. Don't make wire transfers because Branded logo try to play smart games, get every penny back. Stop misusing the trust pilot flagging of emails. I can prove I was a customer with our email and invoice. One day you will be in trouble for cheating Thank you.
