Carl is super helpful and responds to email fairly quickly. My only suggestion to future customers that it can take 24-hours to 48 hours for the most little change in specifications. Other than that the team are patient and cater to your demands.

Good portal for viewing designs, good timely responses to communication, logo designs varied and to my vision. This service delivered as promised and Carl was consistent throughout the process. In addition he made an extra effort to assist me further at the end of the process, which was much appreciated.

i worked with Carl, such a lovely man and very attentive. I'm just waiting to receive the final files. The only down side, is that some of the design that they came up with was very disheartening and i was shocked that they thought i would pay for that. but the end result was fantastic.

Great about delivering the final product, although communication was lacking clarity at times. Would have been 5 stars if their reaction time hasn't been slightly over agreed 48h ours as they claim they do. Otherwise, very professional and very recommended for inexpensive logo designs. Also, they seem to be based in the US, so they may have different opinions about copyright and ownership than you. Also big on upselling, which is great for them, but sometimes they are over the top with it.
