excellent service from start to finish , carl was very prompt with emails and art work

I originally found Branded Logos after a Google search and after browsing their website, I decided to speak to their live chat agent who was very informative, helpful and was probably the main selling point for me. We had no idea what kind of logo we wanted and just asked them what they can come up with. Once the order was placed (on Wednesday evening) we had a welcome email on Thursday morning, which was very informative about the next steps (basically, they would do some designs, we could choose what we like and make any amendments). Friday afternoon came around and we had 10 different logos, each different to the last to chose from (all very good) and we could choose what we liked and get any changes if necessary. We liked the colour scheme and font from one and preferred the artwork from another. We fed these comments back Sunday evening, and Carl came back Monday morning saying that'll be done within 48 hours. No longer then about 7 hours did we have the revisions in the inbox with another 4 concepts to chose from and if we wanted any more changes. We decided to chose one of those revisions and are very happy with our new logo. Overall, Carl and his team (and the agent from webchat) have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very quick turnaround and good quality work. Will not hesitate to use again, keep up the good work!
