We had initially seen an ad on Instagram and saved it because the tables looked so unique and we liked the idea of an epoxy finish for large family gatherings. The communication through email was effective and pictures were included all along the process. We are waiting for their arrival so I can only say they look beautiful in the pictures and videos.

They provided me with constant updates throughout the process

Things started out great and Maya, our rep, initially sent us pictures of the table's progress all the time and stayed in touch. Then, once the table was ready to be delivered everything changed. She failed to stay in touch with us when the shipping company they hired didn't show on the first day that the table was to be delivered, then they didn't show on the second day, then they called a few days later when they were half an hour away and no one was there, and never returned a single phone call despite a dozen messages. It was absolutely CreateATable's responsibility to hire a shipper that was responsible and this was a complete disaster. I ended up having to issue a chargeback because the table was never delivered. A total nightmare. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I have had two dining tables on order with Create A Table. They made the tops but didn't take care to make sure that a base could be used allowing for chairs to be placed around the tables. We have been going back and forth for three months in regard to the table bases. On one of the tables they made me pay an additional $90 for a base that would work when it wasn't my mistake. For the other table they want me to pay an additional $900 for a base that they can't send me an image of.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We exchanged 190 emails throughout the customization process and remained actively involved in addressing the customer’s requests. For #C1209, we provided two rounds of custom metal legs at no additional cost. After the customer was still not satisfied, we discussed the design further and proceeded with a third custom version based on the updated requirements. For this third version, we only charged $90 to cover part of the material loss associated with remaking the custom legs. For #C1202, the customer ordered a 72-inch round table with very specific requirements regarding the placement of the wood and resin. The customer requested that the wood remain within approximately 40% of the central area of the tabletop, with the surrounding 60% finished in transparent gray resin. After completing the tabletop according to these specifications, we began working on the standard table-leg configuration. The customer then requested that there be no connection points or support structures within the 60% resin area. Because the stability and safety of the finished table are our highest priorities, we repeatedly recommended our reinforced metal-leg design at no additional cost and explained why it would provide a safer and more stable solution. However, the customer chose not to proceed with that option. The customer subsequently requested our TL-20 luxury table-leg design, valued at $1,580, which would require substantial additional materials and customization. We offered to cover $600 of the cost, leaving $980 for the customer to cover, but the customer did not wish to proceed under those terms.
