Cre8 Wireless SoundReviews of cre8sounds.com

I purchased these CR8-W1 buds and please keep in mind, I have owned and used a pair of CR8-P1 Sports for many years with success, so when I tell you these are bad, trust me. They are terrible and to make up for the bad product, the company does zero to assist you. Do not buy these buds.

Avoid! A very crappy product (Cre8 earbuds) - people who call me can't hear what I'm saying and the right earbud stopped working after two months Even worse service - they first wanted me to record several videos of the malfunction and then for a refund they want me to ship it back at my own expense PLUS charge me 20% "restocking fee". Whatever that means. After some complaining, they are offering to send me a new pair for 30$. Obviously I refuse to send these people another cent. I'd rather buy from a company that treats customers fairly. I wish I'd looked up some other reviews before I bought them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Wish I had checked the reviews first - the products offered by this company are very poor, do not meet half the spec they specify on their site. Customer Service is next to non existent. Barely respond and when they do, it's rude incompetent responses. I'm trying to return my order but there's literally no way to do this.

I purchased this mask to aid with sleeping. When I tried on the mask, I immediately noticed the faulty design where the ear piece doesn't align properly with my ear when the mask is over my eyes. Further, the earbud is bulky and caused pain to my ear. Subsequently, I reached out to customer service to request a return and refund. Their response was, "we can't accept the return due to covid." What!??! Does that mean they're not accepting returns for the next 20 years since covid is not going away??? I've since read other complaints on the Better Business Bureau (see above) and discovered that this is Cre8 Sounds' standard operating procedure. Even though their products are falsely advertised, poorly designed, and/or do not function properly, they make up a random excuse as to why they can't accept a return. Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased a pair back in Dec 2022, which stopped working after about a month. They offered to send me a replacement pair, which I am STILL waiting for now almost 3 months later. Now no one is responding to my enquiry. Extremely frustrating!

Make an order of order for $84.00 Arrived to my country and then getting taxed $39.41 BRAVO maby they should have made that more clear or not even ship to other countries. Or be able to pay the import tax right on the page. First and last not to mention the earbuds is not even worth the import tax not even half the import tax

This has been the single worse shopping experience of my life. Bought 2 pairs of Cre8 ( cr8-w1 sport wireless earbuds) They "arrived" on the 19th of January. Except they didnt arrive. And the tracking history of the items was so vague that it honestly feels like a scam. Ever since the ordere arrived in Germany, the tracking would say "Arrived in Germany Post office" but leave out which office and where (meaning I couldnt even follow up on my order that way when Cre8 refused to help) After the vague tracking withing germany, I recieve a notification by email that my package has been delivered. Except my girlfriend has been home all day, and there hasnt been a knock or ring at the door. There wasnt a package in the mailbox either or a mail slip to let us know which Post office it could be at. Overall 1/5 experience, definitely won't ever consider their items again.

Be very careful if you live outside of the US do not buy these products as you will end up paying import charges (in my case over £16 for a pair of headphones). When I disputed this I tried to get the item refunded I was advised that I would have £30 of (2/3rd of the original purchase price of headphones), deducted from my refund for shipping. I therefore had to pay the import fees, in order to get the item.
