I am not happy with my purchase at all
I am not happy with my purchase at all. The craftsmanship is very poor and I would not recommend purchasing from them. I spent almost $200 on this as a Christmas gift for someone, and now I don’t know what I’m going to do.

To ensure timely delivery, we typically begin processing orders within 24 hours, sometimes even within 12 hours. However, you reached out to us 48 hours after placing the order, requesting modifications. Subsequently, after a week of email communication, you asked to cancel the order. We were prepared to accommodate your requested modifications to ensure you received the best possible product. Nonetheless, our company policy allows for order cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. You had already exceeded this window when you first contacted us for the requested changes to the sign. In our recent discussion, you asked us to send the sign to you, which we are currently doing. We are confident that you will be delighted with the sign upon its arrival.

Hi, we are surprised to receive your review about the product. We haven't received any complaint from you on our customer support email / phone number. This sign was received by you as a part of our marketing association, free of cost and you chose to pay for the sign post 2 months of having it, when you weren't able to fulfil the committed deliverables. Should have been any issue with the quality of the product, you would have not made the payment. Regardless, your sign is still under warranty, and we will resolve any actual issue you are facing with the sign. Please reach out to us on [email protected].

My card information got stolen from…
My card information got stolen from this site . I am 100% sure of this. It’s not worth it even if the sign was good.

Dear Julia, we are extremely sorry for the issue you are facing. But you can be sure that your card information can not leaked from our end, as we use a highly secured Shopify payment gateway and we are not exposed to customer credit card details by the payment gateway at all. Please be sure none of our employees can see, receive or read your card details. We can only see the payment method used and the amount transacted. Hope this clarifies.
