Crazy NeonReviews of crazyneon.com

Customer service was extremely helpful and answered all of my emails extremely fast. I had a lot of questions and revisions and they always helped me and were very polite. Their products were very professionally done and they even added RBG upon request.

They were prompt & very easy to work with on the design. I was getting this as a way to lift the spirits of a family member undergoing serious medical issues bound to a room. All I told them is that I hope it comes fast because it was really important. They cut the time in almost half! I told them after why it was so important, but great service to do whatever they could just off a client’s request!

Follow up and notifications regarding shipping - quick delivery and good packing

I was wanting to get a neon sign made from custom art, but since I have zero artistic ability, I was at a loss. I sent the artwork in thru the Crazy Neon online site, and in under an hour they emailed me the proof! The proof wasn’t just one concept pic, it was three multi angle views with an explanation of the colors and what it would look like hanging on the wall. It was so well done, it sold me on moving forward with my order! I was expecting to wait months for the order to arrive, however Crazy Neon sent me updates as soon as production started, was complete, was shipped (with tracking information), and day of delivery notice! I was absolutely shocked at how fast Crazy Neon worked! People, i received the order in two weeks - start to finish and delivered IN TWO SHORT WEEKS!! The shipping packaging was top notch! The sign was so well protected, I felt like it could withstand a fall off the Empire State Building and be absolutely fine. Thick heavy-duty reinforced outer cardboard box, unbendable cardboard tubes on the inside to buffer the sign and keep it from shifting, bubble wrap galore, and a mile of strapping tape! I felt like I was trying to break into Fort Knox! (You’ll need a box cutter or utility scissors) When I finally got through the last layer of protective wrap, I was blown away by how incredible the sign looked!! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! Even though it was identical to the proof, it far exceeded my expectations!! The colors of the art were vibrant, the neon was complementary and did not overwhelm the print, the acrylic was cut beautifully - everything about it was everything I was hoping it would be!! The package included the wires, a remote control the power and to adjust intensity, and all the hardware to hang; they sent me both regular drywall and cement wall hardware - so thoughtful and appreciated!! The instructions were easy and very thorough! I had it turned on and hanging in minutes!! The sign is absolutely stunning and looks phenomenal both lit and unlit! If you’re in the fence about the price, trust me it is worth every penny!! To be honest, the workmanship is so good, I feel like they are underpricing their products. I have seen similar products from other vendors who charge much more, and they are trash compared to Crazy Neon. From the ease of ordering, to approving the proof, production and shipping updates, and final product, their customer service is next level incredible! I’m the kind of customer who appreciates communication, and they kept me very well informed and answered any and all questions. Without a doubt, I will use Crazy Neon again and again!
