I ordered my yarn online. One of the colors wasn't in stock. I received a call the day after ordering and the shop helped me pick a replacement to fit my project. Then the yarn was shipped the next day.

Wonderful Service Ellen and her team are fantastic - I called about a new yarn that she had jus done a review of online. I was excited about it and wanted to be sure I got some, knowing there'd be a run on it after her event. After some back and forth on email about choosing the right color, Ellen packaged it up beautifully and sent it my way. Every step of the way, Ellen was there to be sure I was happy with the service and the purchase. She's really wonderful and I can't wait to shop her store again when I'm in the area!

I love the yarn purchased from Crazy For Ewe. I can’t wait to knit my first sweater this group. The owner, Ellen is wonderful helping you with yarn choices, patterns and knitting supplies rather it’s your first knitting project or you been knitting for years. So, glad I found this yarn shop on virtual “Have A Ball Fall Crawl.”

I ordered the wool to be sent to Switzerland in Europe and i thought it would take at least a month to be delivered. But it came in 2 weeks! And when i wrote to them, i received a reply immediately, a real person reply and not one of those fake computer replies. It was just great.
