Making sure amazing collectors like you are satisfied with everything from start to finish is our #1 priority. I did see that between the time you placed your EPIC order and the two times you wrote to us via email was when we were recovering from the devastating Hurricane Ian back at the beginning of last October over here in Florida. We were actually unable to visit our local post office and reply to any emails due to the significant impact of the storm in our area. This is the only reason why we were, unfortunately, able to provide any assistance with your order during that time. I did go through our email conversation history, and I was thrilled to see that you were all taken care of once we got everything back online.
