We use Crawlzo for Instagram (profiles, posts, paginated comments, search and reels), Reddit post and comment search, and Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart product pages. The API is simple and consistent: one POST with an API key and a JSON body, the same response envelope on every scraper, and a request_id on every call that makes it easy to trace issues with their team. Product-page calls come back in about 4 seconds, the Instagram comments endpoint is newest-first with a cursor so we can refresh incrementally, and you are only billed for successful requests. Support has been the standout. Samir replied within hours, fixed an outage on two product scrapers within a few days of our report, and was flexible on plan sizing while we ramped up. More complete API documentation would be welcome, but support fills the gap quickly.
